A native Floridian, Joseph grew up in the construction industry working alongside his father that owned and operated a construction and demolition company. After graduating high school, he joined the family business and ultimately became a superintendent. This role oversaw the development and remodeling of luxury estate homes and condos across South Florida in some of the most exclusive areas such as Fisher Island, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Las Olas and Boca Raton. In 2009, Joseph decided to join a national demolition company as a Project Manager and Heavy Equipment Operator. This new role allowed him to travel across the United States and work in various regions to expand his knowledge in the industry and overseeing the demolition of over one million square feet of real estate. In 2014 Joseph decided to return to South Florida and start his own business where he would specialize in custom home development, renovations and project management. To date he has completed several custom luxury homes and now contributes his expertise to Advanced Leasing & Development as Director of Field Operations.
